Thanks for your interest in BergHOFF! We value and respect your privacy, and the goal of this Privacy Policy is to be transparent about data we collect about you and how it’s used and shared. The BergHOFF Privacy Policy (Privacy Policy) describes the procedures and associated policies we use to collect, share, disclose, and protect your Personal Information when you visit our site and make a purchase from us. We will respond to all requests within 10 days, and may ask for specific information to verify your identity. Provided we can successfully verify your identity, we will deliver you a copy of the data we have stored on you within 45 days of receipt of inquiry.

Children’s Privacy

BergHOFF website is not intended for children under 16 years of age, we do not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from children under 16 years of age (or other age as required by local law). Any users under the age of 18 must have their parent’s permission to access the website. If you learn that your child has provided us with Personal Information without your consent, you may alert us at cs@berghoffusa.com. If we learn that we have collected any Personal Information from children under 16 in violation of applicable law, we will promptly take steps to delete such information.
